Built at the beginning of the 20th century and managed for 3 generations by the Maître family. The establishment is regularly renovated and modernized while preserving the soul and the spirit of the region. At the restaurant, we offer seasonal and regional specialties such as Valais asparagus in the spring, a menu of products from our gardens in summer as well as a full game menu in autumn.
We are certified by the Flavors of Valais to guarantee our commitment.
